Pamela O. Abalu is an Architect and the Global Head of Design and Construction for MetLife. In this role, she assumes leadership of the Corporate Real Estate group of internal experts and external partners, responsible for all design and construction activities across MetLife’s Corporate owned and occupied property portfolio in excess of 20 million square feet comprising 2,000+ sites in over 60 countries.
Ms. Abalu’s diverse architectural background includes global design projects for clients such as Goldman Sachs, L’Oreal, Bloomberg, Silverstein Properties and the City of New York.

Majora Carter hosts the Peabody Award winning public-radio series: The Promised Land.  She has a long list of awards and honorary degrees, including a MacArthur “genius” Fellowship.
She founded Sustainable South Bronx in 2001 when few were talking about “sustainability;” and even fewer, in places like The South Bronx.
Since 2008, her consulting company, MCG has exported Climate Adaptation, Urban Micro-AgriBusiness, and Leadership Development strategies for Business, Government, Foundations, Universities, and economically under-performing Communities.

Demetria L. Lucas is the author of dating advice guide A Belle in Brooklyn, which is based on her award-winning personal blog of the same title. In 2011, Demetria launchedCoached By Belle, a boutique life-coaching service, where she helps clients solve dating dilemmas and build healthy long-term relationships. She is also a contributing editor for The Root, where she pens a weekly advice column, “Ask Demetria”, and is a columnist for Essence.com and Clutch.  Since being dubbed “the Black Carrie Bradshaw” by the Washington Post, Demetria has become a sought after media personality and pop culture expert with appearances on The Today Show, The Anderson Cooper Show, and Access Hollywood.

Our Young and Fabulous moderator, Tamron Hall, is the host of MSNBC’s “NewsNation” and can be seen on NBC News’ “TODAY,” “Dateline” and special reports.  Tamron was a reporter/anchor in Chicago, Dallas and Bryan, Texas before joining MSNBC.  Tamron received Temple University’s prestigious Lew Klein Alumni in the Media award in 2010. Tamron works with several charitable organizations involving issues of homelessness, illiteracy and domestic abuse.  She is a native of Luling, Texas, and holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University.
